The Food Of Hell From Indonesia

Famous as one of the best tropical countries, Indonesia provides tons of uniqueness and excitement. Its nature, culture, and art always bring millions of tourist each year. However, this time we are going to talk about one thing, Indonesia’s cuisine, in particular Sambal.
Sambal or sambel is infamous among tourist as the food of hell for its undeniable ability to make the consumer produces tears and sweat when eating. Produced using chili as its main ingredient, sambal is indeed taste extremely spicy.
Sambal is made by grinding ‘cabai’ or chili, along with several complements such as onion,pepper, oil,  tomato, ‘terasi’, sugar, and salt. The ingredients are grinded using traditional tool made usually from a stone;ulekan and we can use blender to blend the ingredients. The texture of sambal can smooth with a vibrant color of green and red or we can make it not too smooth so we can taste the chili and the other ingredients more clear but it is depending on which chili you use what textures do we want.
We can find an instant sambal in a market,store etc.There is some different kind of sambel in a market we can usually find a a dry sambal like bocabe, beside that there is a kind of sambal that the ingredients can't we recognized it is a sachet sambal right now there are a lot of company that makes a sachet of sambal also a dry sambal too. Nowadays, people more likely to eat a dry sambal or a sachet sambal because there is an additional ingredients.
Infamous among tourists for its spiciness, many tourists avoid it. However, some of them are challenged and try to eat it. Those who dare to try usually will get stomach ache or turn very red and sweaty in the face if they eat the spicy kind of sambal. Though super spicy, locals eat it in almost daily basis as their main meal.
There is a lot of chili over 100+ which can be used to make sambal some of them are cabe domba,cabe ijo,cabe panjang etc.Beside that in Indonesia there is many ways to enjoy and eat sambal we can eat it with nasi goreng,bakso,ayam goreng and the others.Some of local people very love to eat anything with sambal and they have to get sambal for eat, sambal is like a main meal but the other people also can't eat a food without sambal.

I think there is an incorrect information about sambal, from the text it said sambal is infamous among tourists but i see that when tourists come to indonesia they know about sambal and sambal is quite popular between them. Beside that from the text, sambal is extremely spicy and i think it isn't true because there is a kind of spiciness level for chili so someone who doesn't like spicy 'sambal' can also eat 'sambal' that made from chili like 'cabe rawit'. Also, there is another incorrect information about 'sambal' from the text we can read that 'sambal' grinded by using traditional tools from wood or plastic it is totally false because usually the ingredients of sambel is grinded with stone tools like ulekan or we can use blender to make the ingredients smooth and being mix. Another incorret information is the ingredients of sambal cherry isn't use for the ingredients of sambal. And the last is sambal said as a main meal for local people it is wrong because not all local people llike sambal and also sambal isn't the main food to eat.
